Thanksgiving Dinner

Anyone hosting the big Thanksgiving dinner? What all are you making?

We are going to my moms for Thanksgiving, going to make green bean casserole, yeast rolls, cranberries, brownies, and probably my favorite strawberry banana jello dessert, unless I find another yummy sounding fall dessert to make, and then some sparkling cider for a little fun with the kids!

Always looking for new entries casserole breakfast recipes and desserts!

Looking forward to spending time with the Fam, but I can already feel the food sticking to my thighs.

Re: Thanksgiving Dinner

We do Thanksgiving and Christmas at our house.

Thanksgiving is usually about 10 - 12 people,  I cook the turkey, green beans, mac & cheese, yeast rolls,  my mom does the potato salad and dressing, my grandma does the yams and we each fix a dessert.

We have 5 generations here at the holidays!  smile   My MIL usually leaves early, but my mom and grandma hang around until late evening.   I start decorating for Christmas and depending on the weather DH and DS go to a car show or target shooting.

Christmas is basically the same thing except for the Christmas Eve party, the ham on Christmas Day and about 10 more people.
