just before christmass snickers went into heat she swelled up like water retention,then we noticed a lump under a nipple so worried it was cancer so she went to the vet, we were prepared to put her down so she wouldnt suffer(braced for impact) after a good  look  by vet we were told she had a false pregnacy or something like menopause, can you believe that, she will be fine once she gets fixed, we were crying and laughing with relief.
i spent $500. for that dog researched a good blood line so we could use her as a breeder,with the depression $ situation as it is we decided  on only one litter and family would have first pick,she would have been a great mom poor me im dissapointed no puppies from her but also relieved she is still with us.
