cat spraying help

pumpkin is a calico 3 years old, dh likes to let her in during bad weather, problem is she sprays, on my curtains,on dirty laundry...all over never the same place.she goes to the door and tells you she wants out so she isnt pooping in here but how do i get her to stop spraying tired of washing up..(she is the only cat)we really love this cat she is so silly and ugly(she is part persian smoosed face)
we dont have a litter box in the house, house is to crampted for one,even when she is outside she will go into the garage and pee in there.
we have tried moth balls with a little sucess.any other methods please..

Honestly, I don't know what to say other than ask your vet for advice or posting your question Here.
